A proverb on deceitfulness (photospeak) by Jodekss Gloatkenf

A hunter's goat trained into a dog is not worth a waste in thought to present a pierced meat for a night meal. It is either the goat is the meal or the owner is the meal to an actual dog.

That is what it means.
In explication - imagine a hunter who trains a goat to bark like a dog, use its nose like a dog would and run like a dog would but the canines or the fangs are of cause not there as a goat is naturally an herbivore. So, after years of training the goat into a dog. He takes the dog into the bush to hunt alongside himself, expecting the goat to hunt like a dog would as taught. Promises the villagers as he was entering the forest on the day's night, they shall eat of the meats they shall hunt.

In the forest. He sends the goat forwards like a dog would go. The goat runs into a forest cat. Forgets all the long years of lessons seeing the cat's fangs shining and begins to run but gets caught and fed on. After which, the cat howls out to others and they come and grace the hunter too with the beauty of their presence.

Who eats meat in the end? Neither the hunter nor the goat but forest cats why? The hunter deceived himself and helped the goat to deceive itself. The hunter in his self-deception led the goat to its gory end and then himself. He caused the whole village to mourn for months after their shattered parts were found in the forest days later.

Do not deceive yourself, it is more than dangerous.

That is what the proverb means. 😉
