When we fall we should be able to rise again. Rising and falling is not a good thing but what can one do if found in such a situation? I believe one of the best solutions would be to actually Get On Your Fit.
Don't be afraid to start afresh. Going back to the scratch wouldn't naturally be easy; don't hesitate to go back in spite. Go back to level one. Look, there is a popular game called Candy Crush on cellular phones - it's one of the games common among girls these days to keep us busy as you would know too. The first stage in the game can be so easy likewise the five subsequent ones. I though noticed that when you get to level ten and eleven the game gets tougher in comparison. Now, failure to get past this level would result to going over it again. And we still embark on doing that. Most of us do don't we? Yes, going back is quite frustrating but we still do. This analogy fits in well to rising and falling in this life's ups and downs for life is just like the Candy Crush.

You don't need to be scared of how horrible you felt when you failed. All you need to do is evaluate and learn what you didn't or couldn't do well before and do better now. That is power of experience yes? When you try this time you would of cause succeed or learn another tangible lesson to help you be better. Failing in the first place or second could at times be due to lack of preparation, understanding and other unforeseen circumstances. But the story is different now because you have acknowledgement or experience.
Hence, right now, I need you to go back to square one intelligently having done your observations, preparations and strategies critically. You would succeed this time, don't entertain any fear, you have all it takes to ace any stage of the game of life. Be courageous and remain positive. Being afraid doesn't mean you are a coward, even the bravest warriors at some points in their legendary lives were weak and scared but going on to try (again) in spite is sign of courage which shall lead you to, through and into your seasons of successes.
